If you are using Perfect Golf Event Payment Processing system, refunds can be requested through your event dashboard. On the Manage Registrants screen, click on the $ symbol next to the registrant's name that you would like to refund.
If you are using your own Payment Processing, you need to issue the refund directly. You can delete the Registration under Manage Registrants, after processing the refund through your Payment Processor.
